REPORT A CASE IN MESSENGER
We are a small volunteer organisation, with a team of just a few people. We rely solely on donations and receive no external funding. Our capacity in terms of manpower and available space is limited, so we cannot accept all injured animals that you contact us about. We have to assess each case carefully and can only take in some of them.
We only accept reports via Facebook Messenger on our page https://www.facebook.com/DiviteJivotni.
Please, leave a message in Messenger with a description of the situation, attach photos, your phone number, and your location (town, coordinates), and wait for a response. It would be helpful if you can place the animal in a dark, quiet, and secure place, but this depends on the species.
Please, do not call the Dobro Hrumvane veterinary clinic to report wildlife cases, and do not bring animals directly to the clinic in order to speed up or bypass the established admission procedure, as this only leads to unnecessary conflict. Dobro Hrumvane cannot decide whether to admit wild animals for treatment unless the report has been cleared through us, and they cannot advise you on a course of action in any case.
